MyColors Skin "Breaks"

So I got the Sins theme for mycolors with SoaSE, and now that it works with windows 7, I installed it. There's just one problem... there are a ridiculous number of actions that seem to "Break" the skin, and the start menu or another aspect will revert not to windows 7 aero theme, but to a windows 98-esque look. These actions include Installing programs, opening mycolors (on occasion), and bittorrent (that only affects bittorrent, even though it's in the exclude group in settings). Anybody know what I can do to fix, besides just going back to Aero?
